This 2 bed, 1.5 bath is the perfect getaway. As you walk by the family room, you'll find a comfy couch that folds out, extra seating and a flat screen TV. To the left you will find a fully stocked kitchen and a dining table that seats 6 plus a half bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms with king sized beds. Bedroom 1 has access to the top floor porch and bedroom 2 has a large walk in closet. At the end of the hall is the full bathroom. Located downtown, just 6 blocks from King St. Permit. The Brazil Suite has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. It is located on the bottom floor of the middle house at the main location. The kitchen and common bathroom are right next to it and the common areas are shared with two other private rooms. THE INDIA SUITE
The India Suite has a queen size bed and is located on the top floor of the middle house. It has a private full bathroom attached to the room. The shared kitchen and common bathroom are right next to it and the common area is shared with two other rooms. There is access to the middle house top floor porch through the kitchen. The Kenya Room has a queen bed and a futon in it. The room is located on the bottom floor of the middle house and has a brand new foam mattress. This room has a very small private half bath. The Kenya Room has an adjoining door to the Cuba Room (private room with queen bed and futon) and can be booked for groups or families, otherwise it is locked. The Kenya Room is directly off the porch and to get to the kitchen and second bathroom with a full shower. If you'd like to add a third person to this room, it is an additional $10/night. The Victoria Dorm is an all female dorm that has 4 twin beds. This room is located on the second floor of the main house and is near the second story porch full of rocking chairs. There are two windows and beautifully restored hardwood floor, the staff and guest kitchen are just down the stairs where you’ll also find three full bathrooms.
Andrew adams dorm- Co-ED
The Andrew Adams Dorm is located on the bottom floor of the main house, right next to the guest kitchen, guest bathroom and vending machine. The Andrew Adams dorm is our only 8 person dorm room. It is a co-ed room that is perfect for groups or families. There are several windows and an antique fireplace and mantle as well as lockers- please bring your own locks.
Taylor dorm- MALE only
The Taylor Room is an all male dorm that has 4 twin beds. This room is located on the second floor of the main house and is near the second story porch full of rocking chairs. There are two windows and beautifully restored hardwood floor, the staff and guest kitchen are just down the stairs where you’ll also find three full bathrooms.
COMMON AREAS
The Common Area has a kitchen and shared bathroom facilities for the guests. There are tables and chairs, sink, refrigerator, microwave, cooking supplies and more. Other common areas include the porches and there is an outdoor designated smoking area behind the main building at the main location.
